A family story since 1959
It was Paul Gineste de Saurs who, in 1959, first created the menu in a brasserie called « Le Relais de Venise-Son Entrecôte » at the porte Maillot in Paris. His daughter Marie-Paule perpetuated the two values who have always guided her father, love of good food and quality requirement, by setting up the Relais de l’Entrecôte.

A family winery
Château de Saurs is located at the heart of the Gaillac wine-growing region, 50 kilometers northeast of Toulouse and 20 kilometers west of Albi. The vineyard flourishes on the slopes above the right bank of the Tarn River. The Protected Designation of Origin vineyard spans 104 acres. The Gaillac vineyard was among the first to receive PDO status in 1936.
All wines from Château de Saurs are certified organic.
